Park View Senior Living
A scripted, filmed, and distributed community film for a senior living community, shot across several weeks for ideal light.
There is a community in Echo Park, a neighbourhood of Los Angeles, that is one of the best places to live for seniors in their golden years. The Park View community manager contacted DRONESURF to create their invitation video, and we helped script, film, edit, and distribute it.
The video was well received by the residents of Park View, who also took part in the filming. DRONESURF delivered a visual magnet to attract new residents while highlighting the living conditions already on offer.

Engineering challenge
This video was filmed across several weeks specifically to make sure weather and light conditions were right for every aerial shot. Waiting is a standards decision rather than a scheduling failure — it is the difference between an aerial that sells a property and one that merely documents it.
