The challenge on this one was the site itself: the building's amenities were almost entirely covered by mature trees. DRONESURF used animation, music, and editing techniques to bring the appeal of the property forward despite the canopy.

Engineering challenge
Dense tree cover is a flight-planning problem as much as a visibility problem. Getting clear sightlines on the amenities meant working close to the canopy at low altitude, where obstacle clearance is tight and GPS reception is unreliable, then filling the remaining gaps with animation in post.
